Venue Rental Policies

Booking with us is easy! We strive for excellence in customer service. One of our dedicated staff members will always be available to help you through the process.



Everything that is included in the rental is listed in the venue packages sections. You are free to bring  your own food, music and drinks and as many guests up to 60 people. If you have less people, you will have additional space for a dance floor.



Dates are limited! Our policy is first come first served. We do not hold dates over the phone. You're welcome to tour the venue, ask all the questions you like. If you love the space and price, you will complete the rental agreement  and put down $300 to reserve the date.

Hourly Bookings

Bookings for classes, seminars and workshops require a booking of 4 hour minimum. 

Time Allowance for Standard Packages

8 Hour Rental

  • 2 hour set up

  • 5 hour event

  • 1 hour clean up

Additional Hours

There will be an additional fee of $150 per hour if extra time is needed.

Confirm Your Booking

1. You will receive our rental agreement. Once received, review and sign agreement.

2. Submit a deposit of $300 to secure your date.

3. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event which will also include a $200 refundable security deposit for damages. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the venue is inspected and there are no damages.


Last minute bookings or events booked two weeks prior to event date must be paid in full upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a minimum loss of $300. If Events are to be rescheduled, we will work to secure a future date for your event within an 18-month grace period from the date of cancellation.
